We have put together our recommended kit, which you can purchase directly from us. When doing so, you'll also get access to "in-person" virtual meet ups, all of which makes it more likely that you’ll actually learn to knit!

We know everyone is in a different situation, so to build your own slightly-more-affordable kit and watch the self-paced course, here's everything you'll need:

  • Purchase the class and pattern in Knitrino

  • US 10 circular needles in 16” length like these

  • 1 set US 10 (6.00 mm) double pointed needles like these

  • A light bulky yarn. We strongly recommend a skein of Blue Sky Fibers Techno yarn available from your Local Yarn Shop, as it is our favorite choice for beginners. (We worked this hat in a number of other yarns, like an inexpensive acrylic and a wool option, and none yielded results we can feel comfortable recommending. If you want a good experience, one that will encourage you to keep knitting and not give up in frustration, we urge you to spend the extra money on this quality product.)
