2/3 Right Cable Cross

The first video shows how to work a 2/3 right cable using a cable needle. For right-leaning cables, always hold the cable needle to the back. The second video shows how to work the same cable by rearranging the stitches on the needle without a cable needle. For right-leaning cables, always slip through the front loops of stitches. (For left-leaning cables, always slip through the back loops.)
With a cable needle

Slip 3 stitches purlwise to the cable needle and hold to back. K2 stitches, then k3 from the cable needle.
Without a Cable Needle
This video shows how to work the 2/3 right cable by rearranging the stitches on the needle without a cable needle. For right-leaning cables, always slip through the front loops of stitches. (For left-leaning cables, always slip through the back loops.)

Instructions: Slip 5 stitches together as if to knit. Transfer 2 stitches together back to the holding needle, untwisting them. Transfer the next 2 stitches together back to the holding needle, untwisting them. Work the cable by knitting 5 stitches. (For a 2/3 Right Purl Cross, 2/3 RPC, you would k2, p3.)
