Right Handed: 0:00

Left Handed: 0:19

Insert working needle from back to front under the strand of yarn before the next stitch and place it on the holding needle. Knit the strand through the back leg.

Note that for a left-handed mirror knitter, a M1L actually creates a right-leaning stitch and vice versa. You don’t need to change it. Your work will appear mirror image of what a right handed knitter creates.
