Right Handed: 0:00

Left Handed: 0:22

Insert the working needle from front to back under the strand of yarn before the next stitch and place it on the holding needle. Knit the strand through the front leg.

Note that for a left-handed mirror knitter, a M1R actually creates a left-leaning stitch, and vice versa. You don’t need to change it. Your work will appear mirror image to what a right handed knitter creates.
